The course offers the knowledge and skills necessary to assist with remediation activities following a hazardous materials incident. It is designed to meet the training guidelines outlined in the OSHA 1910.120 and WAC 296-843 standards.
Who Should Attend? General site workers (such as equipment operators, general laborers, transport vehicle operators, and supervisory personnel) engaged in hazardous substance removal where they are required to wear personal protective equipment. Employees previously 80-hour, 40-hour, 24-hour or 8-hour HAZWOPER trained.
Cost? $260 per person (lunch, Study Guide, 2024 Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG), NIOSH Pocket Guide included) for 2024. Cost will increase to $270 per person for 2025.
